N. Viet Nam. Ha Giang Province, Quang Ba District, Bat Dai Son village. Primary forest on limestone with Quercus, Pseudotsuga and Podocarpus along Chung Ti Tei ridge at elev. 1100-1260 m, 28°08′11″N, 105°00′48″E. Epiphyte and lithophyte. Stems dull red-brown, fragile, usually growing laterlly on steep rocky slopes, pedicel light pink, outer tepals pink at base than all white, labellum white at tip, yellow in throat, then red-purple streaked on lateral walls, rostellum white at tip, streaked in red-purple at base, sweetly fragrant. Rare.
